indore,Bhopal Ahmadabad,kanpur and many large scale city and they claim it was
very useful testing during the free trail user got till 100 MbsS speed.
The offers looks very attractive but today Jio big challenge is
implementing and providing a good services to their customer. It’s very easy to
offer plans and register new customer but it’s very hard to maintain
that customer care relationship in long term. Nobody want wait in
long queue of customer listen auto recorded answers. Which
resolve any kind of issue .For providing good services Jio has to improve
their customer satisfaction services like call center, customer care store and
local network Engineers to support customer on ground. It
needs a very large scale backhand and strong support system to satisfying
the consumer to resolve there query in minimum time frame where reliance Jio is
now seems quite week. All good plans are always welcome .After benefits are
