MS Dhoni stops bowler, sets field for Bangladesh while batting and Blower following instruction

It was a practice match between India & Bangladesh. MS Dhoni was doing a batting . MS Dhoni asked Sabbir Rahman(Blower) to pause and then asked him to move the square leg fielder to his left.This is never happened before in cricket history bastman is setting a fielding as per his convince :0 and bolwer is following his instruction without consulting from his captain  

In the 40th over of Indian innings, Dhoni stopped Sabbir Rahman on his tracks and asked him to move the square-leg fielder towards his left. Like an obedient ward, Sabbir did not even think twice, nor did he ask his captain Masrafe Mortaza before promptly moving the fielder as advised by Dhoni.
